Ernesto Perez, together with business partners Jose and Rolando Rodriguez, founded the company. As the business evolved, Ernesto assumed full leadership and today proudly serves as the sole owner of RPM QA Services.

With a professional background spanning the aerospace, medical device, and precision manufacturing industries, Ernesto brings deep knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, ITAR, Lean Six Sigma, FDA-regulated environments, and extensive experience in quality, calibration, and metrology services. His experience includes developing quality management plans, improving operational processes, and supporting customers with practical, compliant, and results-driven solutions. Ernesto earned a BSIT with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, allowing him to combine technical expertise with modern systems thinking.

At RPM QA Services, Ernesto oversees finance, quality, IT, calibration, and customer support, leading the company with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to precision, reliability, and customer service. He also studied accounting and completed training in CQE, CQM, and SSBB, giving him a strong foundation in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, and Business Administration. This journey has strengthened the foundation of RPM QA Services and allows the company to move forward with confidence while continuing to support new and current customers for many years to come.
